  • Rebel Sport return & refund policy

    Rebel Sport accepts returns of faulty products. However, they are not very clear on accepting "change of mind" returns.

  • Kogan return & refund policy

    Kogan offers a 14-days change of mind return policy on Kogan Exclusive Brands only. They are happy to repair or exchange products. However, unless required by the law, Kogan is unlikely to give you refunds.

  • EB Games return & refund policy

    EB Games offers a 7-days change of mind return, although consoles and software are excluded. EB World members get additional benefits.

    Officeworks offers a 30-days change of mind return policy for most of its products, as long as they are in a re-saleable condition.

  • Chemist Warehouse return & refund policy

    Myer offers a very relaxed return policy, as long as the product is in a re-saleable condition, you have 30 days to return it.

    JB Hi-Fi is one of Australias largest electronics retailers. It not only complies with the standard returns and refunds of the Australian Consumer Law but also offers a 30-day “change of mind” return policy and – for a fee – an “Extra Care” service.

  • Harvey Norman return & refund policy

    Harvey Norman has a pretty strict return policy, they offer the bare minimum that complies with the Australian Consumer Law. You can only return faulty products, no "change of mind" returns.

  • David Jones return & refund policy

    David Jones offers a fairly generous 60-days change of mind return policy. You can even return discounted products and they might be able to help if you have lost the receipt.

  • Bing Lee return & refund policy

    Bing Lee offers a fairly strict return and refund policy. You can only return defective products, no "change of mind" returns.
