Yes,but only on the condition that you are a member of the Club O Loyalty Program.
The usual stuff:
- Products must be exactly the same, including not only color, size, brand, etc., but model numbers and UPC (universal product code) must also match.
- The product must be readily available for purchase both at Overstock and the competitor.
- The shipping price must be included.
- The product must be sold by the competitor, no 3rd party sellers are price matched. (e.g. eBay, 3rd party sellers on Amazon)
Gotchas:
- Only Club O members have the privilege to do price matching.
- Only a selected list of competitors are price matched: Amazon, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Hayneedle, Home Depot, Jet, Staples, Target, Walmart, and Wayfair.
- It also excludes pricing offered by the retailers listed above from Thanksgiving Day to Cyber Monday.
- You must submit your price match claim within 7 days after your purchase.
- No more than 3 price matches per month are allowed.
- Small kitchen appliances, large appliances, and electronics are not eligible for price matching.
Will Overstock price match itself?
Yes, if you are a Club O member and you find a better price on Overstock’s website within 7 days of purchase, they will match it.

Overstock price matches only a select list of competitors. Many large retailers are price matched. However, smaller shops and auction sites are not.

Yes, Overstock will price match with Amazon. Keep in mind that products sent from or sold by third-party internet vendors are not eligible for price matching.

Yes, Overstock will price match with Wayfair. Since Wayfair (and many other retailers in the furniture/home decor niche) does not price match, it’s great to see Overstock price matching these companies.

Yes, Jet is on the allowed list of competitors, therefore Overstock should match their prices.
Does Overstock price match Petco?
Unfortunately no, Petco doesn’t seem to be an allowed competitor, therefore its prices are unlikely to be matched by Overstock.
How to submit a price match request?
- After placing your order, utilize the self-service form on your My Account > My Orders page to submit a request for price matching.
- If an item in your order is eligible for price matching, there should be an “Eligible for Price Match” link below the item.
- Click on the link and submit the form.
- You must include the URL as well as a screenshot of the product page from an authorized store.
